On April 24th, 2026, Kunshan HOSTAR Intelligence Technology Corp. (Stock Short Name: HOSTAR, Stock Code: 920125) was officially listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange with a glorious debut. At 9:30 this morning, Mr. Ken Hu, Chairman of HOSTAR, led the core management team to ring the opening bell. The offering price was RMB 16.57 per share, with 13.5 million shares issued and total proceeds from the offering of RMB 224 million. The funds will be earmarked for expanding intelligent manufacturing equipment capacity, upgrading the R&D center, and supplementing working capital, injecting strong capital momentum into the company’s long-term high-quality development.
